2 fully tiled bathrooms (1 with bath and over bath shower, 1 with shower cubicle). Both have wc's and bidets.
Superbly equipped fitted kitchen with built in hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Large and comfortable living/dining area. Extendable table to seat 8. Stairs to lower level.
Lovely terrace with panoramic views. Extending table to seat 8. Sunbeds.
2 stunning infinity pools on split levels (1 minute walk away) with paddling pool on the top level, shaded area and sunbeds. These are shared with other residents but are never crowded.
Getting There: Both Alicante and Valencia airports are approximately 1hrs drive.
Please note that access to the apartment is via several steep steps so may not be suitable for disabled visitors. Parking bays are available on the road directly above the property.
This is a non-smoking property so please limit smoking to the terrace only.
We try to be as flexible as possible regarding arrival dates and times and length of stay, but we try to avoid Sunday changeovers if possible.
