Villa Acalmar is ideal for either first time visitors to the Algarve or the experienced visitor. Only 800m from the beach that lies between Vale Do Lobo and Vilamoura. Whether you are visiting the Algarve for a sight seeing holiday, pure relaxation or for the golf Villa Acalmar your perfect holiday location. Villa Acalmar is located just 20 minutes from Faro Airport. Ideally situated for those that want peace and quiet, yet it is within easy reach of all the facilities in this popular area. The main building consists of the three bedroom Villa upstairs and a one bedroom self contained apartment downstairs. A further two bedroom wooden Lodge is located at the far end of the garden. The main villa and apartment were extensively renovated in early 2006. New kitchens and bathrooms have been installed along with Air Conditioning in all major rooms. The villa has three bedrooms (2 twin, 1 family room with two double beds) and two bathrooms, a large kitchen and huge combined lounge / dining room. Satellite TV is provided giving access to UK TV. Comfortably sleeps 10. The most amazing feature of the main villa is the extensive 40m2 wooden terrace that has been added to the rear of the villa at first floor level overlooking the garden and pool area. This terrace provides a fantastic outdoor living space and also provides access to the garden via the gentle stairway. The 2 bedroom Lodge is located slightly away from the main building. The wooden construction makes it a unique accommodation with fantastic texture and aura. It has a large and spacious combined lounge/kitchen/dining area. UK Satellite TV.
