The apartment complex is a 3 levels (ground, 1st and 2nd) ours is located on the 1st floor. The design of the whole complex is based around 3 large landscaped gardens, one which houses the beautiful pool. The gardens are full of beautiful exoctic flowers and bushes which are well looked after by our resident gardener Paco. The whole complex is served via a communal sattelite service. Our complex is located on Calle Monte Paraiso which is situated a few minutes walk away from the main bars and restaurants on Avda De Espana or locally known as "the strip". Our private 2 bedroom apartment is available for rental from the owner. Located on the 1st floor of a 3 level complex. The apartment is is set around beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking the mountains and a large communal pool. The lounge area has 2 settees, and a dining table, which leads out onto the large balcony area. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all common utensils together with a electric oven & hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle & washing machine. The bathroom has a bath/shower and toilet. Both bedrooms are elegantly furnished with ceiling fans in each. A security safe is also provided.
